When you resell domains or websites you are contracting with that company. They sell you a large block of web sites for cheap with the expectation that you are going to re-sell them to your customers for an increased price.

It's the same thing as if you want to sell candy, you come to me and I sell you 6000 Snickers bars for $1.00 each, then you turn around and sell the Snickers in your store for $2.00 each.

The initial investment for you is large $6000 but you could make $12,000. The problem is, what happens when you can't sell all your candy bars. Say you only sell 1000 Snickers, you've only made $2000 and you are still $4000 in the red.

Don't forget fried Snickers (I know, it's normally Mars-bars, but Snickers should be just as "good", shouldn't it?), Snickers-lasagna, Snickers on roastbeef and Snickers, Tomato and Egg-Salad!

Of course, you could try to build a hut with Snickers bars, but make sure it's finished before the summer comes.
