Sage Mas 90 payroll direct deposit stub problems

1 New Member
I am having problems with pulling the correct information on the payroll direct deposit check stub. Under the deductions portion for the 401K Company match line it is printing '0' in the current column and for the year to date column it is only giving me historical data. On all the other deductions they are pulling the information correctly for the current column and YTD column, so in reality it is not including the current pay period information only for the 401K company match. Is there something special that you need to set up in the form to include the current information? Any one out there that can give me some advise as to how to correct this information it would be most appreciative.

Need some advise.... Payroll program Access97. Payroll is printed then posted to a hx table thro' a query with the payroll calculations that freeze that payroll's numbers for that period. The weekly payroll period reports are produced from the Payroll table by queries that are linked to the Employee details table...salary, base rate, lead rate, wh allowances, status etc...so this is real time data with the current information in the...

My mission is to get some data out of a sage application, via a very complicated query, into a csv file. My approach, so far, has been 1) link access tables to the sage application 2) build some sub queries 3) build a big query that brings together all the little queries. 4) dump the data generated by the big query into a csv file.

I have a question. I am currently responsible for updating the entire payroll and pensioner system for several pension funds. I have made the appropriate tables for demographics, home address, check mailing address and other pertinent info for the smallest of the funds (27 people) to test out the setup. But before I was even done I have run into several problems. -Firstly, I cannot figure out how to put an Excel-type equation in. All I...

Hi all, Wondering whether you can anyone help me. We have Sage Payroll (and accounting/payroll software), which has a MS Access database where the data is stored. Now I want to access the data in this database but whenever I do (without using the Sage payroll client application) I get a permission problem. Now I have the correct username and password, and I tried importing it in a new Access database, but with no luck. Maybe I'm...

Hi all, New to Access...... Trying to create a payroll database for employees who are paid on the 1st and the 15th of the month. This is quite different than every 2 week pay periods. Employees work all hours of the day, any day of the week, depending on their assignment, and this can change from day to day. But employees must remain under 40 hours per week. The 1st and 15th pay periods,

Hello, I have recently become interested in using python for scientific computing, and came across both sage and enthought. I am curious if anyone can tell me what the differences are between the two, since there seems to be a lot of overlap (from what I have seen). If my goal is to replace matlab (we do signal processing and stats on physiological data, with a lot of visualization), would sage or enthought get me going quicker? I realize...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
