Anyone have any idea how to get the installer up and running. I have
had 10G installed on this box before.
We scrapped the box, recreated it, and now cannot install Oracle.
Tells me Compat-db-4.0.14.5
compat-libstdc++-xxxxxx not installed, but they are.
I cannot even open the runistaller at this stage let alone get the
database up!
Any idea's?

I've downloaded FP9 for DB2 V8 for Linux (MI00105.tar). But it is not
possible to install. It says I should get an image for the kernel 2.6.
In the readme I found, I should install MI00117.tar. Where to find?

I am trying to compile kernel 2.6.15-1.54 of FC5. in BUILD/2.6.15-1.2054/README it says gcc should be above 3.2.0. I have gcc 4.1.0 but I am getting a lot of warning messages like:

I'm trying to install ndiswrapper so i can get my wireless card working in my fedora environment.
I move to the ndiswrapper directory that i created (using terminal with admin rights) and i run make uninstall...which seems to be working fine but when i run make i get the following error:

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
