How to change values in a field on select of values from different field

Hi I am newbee,

I have a drop down list 'Group' with values 001 and 002.
when i select 001 then in another field region the value should be dispalyed 08 only
2) when the group 002 is selected then in the region field it should dispaly 01,02,03,04....16. The region is select list
