I'm a new to Javascript. My code works in IE but not in Mozilla. I'd like
the page to work in both. I looked around on the web but couldn't find any
site that explained how to do this:
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="javascript">
function highlightButton(s)
{
if ("A"==event.srcElement.tagName)
event.srcElement.className=s;
}
</SCRIPT>
...
...
<span onMouseover="highlightButton('dynalinkH')"
onMouseout="highlightButton('dynalink')">
Now, I'm trying to change the tags CSS from dynalink to dynalinkH when the
mouse is moved over the tag. From research online I know that I need to
somehow pass the event into my function for mozilla to work. But I can't
find an example and don't know how to do it.
Could someone give me a simple example on how to use events in my function
with mozilla?
Thanks for any assistance.
