Can you elaborate as to how? I don't need anything too too detailed,
just where to start.
Some additional information about what I'm trying to do. I have a
long list of check boxes. The user can enter text into a text box to
search for a particular string. I want the list of check boxes to
scroll to the first item that matches the input string. I have code
that can find the match. I'm just stumped as to how I show it to the
user.
Thanks.

Is there a way in javascript to scroll to or otherwise change the
position of the currently selected row in a table?
Yes.
