Many would also recommend that you investigate jQuery (http://
jquery.com/).
Which is best I guess depends on what you want. There are a lot of
Prototype people out there and you will probably get some decent level
of support for quite awhile as it's been incorporated as part of Ruby
On Rails. I would expect you would have a much harder time getting/
finding solutions with Mootools, it's just not as popular.
