what is the difference between != and !== ?????

plz tell me the difference between != and !== .....

any help is nost welcome ....

similar to == and ===, the equality and identity expressions,
!= is not equal to and !== is not identical to,

Many things are equal but not identical- for instance,

false,0,null,undefined and NaN are all equal, but none are identical to each other.

false !=0 is false,
false !==0 is true.

form ur answer what i understand ....... this is like this

!= means the compatible type conversion occures but for !== the type conversion never happen ...
