Hi everyone.
I'm attempting to write a Javascript that will create a form within a
brand-new document in a specific frame of a frameset. The problem is
that I can create the form and input element using createElement(), but
when I go to append the form element into the new document, the script
halts and I get the following error in my Javascript Console (Firefox 1.0):
__tmp_newDoc.body has no properties.

In Mozilla and IE, the function below:

Can someone please tell me why this works:
document.body.innerHTML =

But this does not work:
document.body.innerHTML = "<table><tr>";
document.body.innerHTML = document.body.innerHTML +

So I have some code that gets the body element of another frame and
then tries to
dynamically write a table. The code fails when, after creating the
table, I try to
append it to the document. I get an invalid argument error.
Here's the code....
var docBody =
top.frames.document.getElementsByTagName("BODY");

Hi,
Got a problem here. I'm trying to create a bookmarklet on IE6, that
passes the outerHTML of the body element as a GET param my site.
The problem is that for some page (ie mail.yahoo.com) the bookmarklet
does not work while for other pages (simpler ones) it does work.
Any idea ? Can it be something regarding size of GET param ?
Thanks,

Hello,
Through an onClick() event, I have an inline function to change the
font size of the page (actually, I need to do this for the entire
website). I have this defined in the header.cfm file as:
onclick="document.body.style.fontSize='50%';"
This does not work at all for some reason. Whereas,

I am trying to implement font changer, where I have links on the
banner of the site and when the user clicks on the links, the font
size of the page has to change. I tried

but it did not work.
I tried zooming with the following code, and it works:
<td valign="baseline"><a href="#" onclick="(document.body.style.zoom)?...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
