Creating social media buttons on the fly using JavaScript

I have a video library with a growing number of videos and alternate sorting views. Each video can be played on the same screen as the library page itself. Each video has a set of 4 social media icons for users to share specific videos. The callback URL of each share is different and returns to a specific player page for that video.

I presently have all the social media icons loading as the page loads and it takes an eternity. I want to have the social media icons CREATED on the fly when a user reveals the social media buttons.

I have been able to get the CODE for the buttons to propagate from JS code to their assigned div using innerHTML, but the browser doesn't seem to PARSE those tags to view them properly (other than Facebook).

My original (eternity) page can be viewed at http://aviom.com/AviomSupport/Videos.cfm

My failed attempt to make them show up on the fly can be seen at http://aviom.com/AviomSupport/Videos_jstrim.cfm

Twitter shows up as only text, Facebook seems to be working, Google+ is a total fail, had to remove my attempts for LinkedIn due to the attempts halting the script.

Could use some pointers.

I have abandoned this effort due to not finding any solutions. If anyone has any ideas, I would be interested to know about them.

The test link will be deactivated.

I'm working on project that plays movies using Windows Media Player and I'm controlling everything with JavaScript. Per the client I only need to support IE 6 or greater which happens to make things a bit easier. What I need to do is create a playlist and play it using JavaScript. I keep on getting close but not close enough to play the dang files. Has anyone done this before and can shed some light on what worked for them?

Hi y'all I've been trying to print a book with articles straight from the database. Each page has 2 articles with a picture, more info and it's subarticles. I want to have an index table and the pages should be numbered. When they click on a button on the website, this document should be printed. If i use for example a PDF, or send it straight to the printer, well, then I don't have the markup (page numbers, index table, sometimes only...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
