On a page I am designing, I'm trying to create a "div rollover".
Basically, I want a div's contents to change (or a new div to replace
the old one) via hover.
I have tried this, but it doesn't seem to work.

I've got a couple of errors on my site that I'm not sure how to fix. I'm
using simple CSS for both text rollovers and my horizontal navbar, and
here's what happens. First, the site:

#1 {
In IE6, rolling over an image in the navbar makes it "light" up. Clicking on
the image takes you to another page (which is not finished). Then clicking
the Back button keeps the image you just clicked on "lit" up,...

I also cross-posted this in comp.infosystems.www.authoring.html. I think
it's more appropriate here.
I read somewhere that you can get Tim Murtaugh's Mo' Betta Rollovers to work
in Firefox using just CSS (no javascript) .
Can someone tell me how to do it?

Hi, I while back I was having a problem with rollovers, even though I do
them in a very conventional way:
function roll(i) {
document.src = eval(i + "_roll.src")
} // in which value passed to function is "name" attr in img tag..
but on my home page, www.francesdelrio.com, I have rollovers like this:
function doRoll(Img,newImage) {

Rollovers on a web page I created were instantaneous on my computer when
the page was loaded directly from my hard drive, but were painfully slow
when loaded from the web. However, on another computer the rollovers were
speedy when connected to the web. Eventually I found that one of the
settings in IE accounted for the difference. In the menu Tools/Internet
Options/General/Settings change from "Every visit to the page" to...

I am a newbie. I am editing someone elses code to make it compatible
with Firefox and Safari.
In IE, when you click on the proper link, a block of text is shown in a
nice paragraph form. But, in FireFox and Safari it appears as a narrow
column of text with only 2-3 words per line.
Here is the code:
function showAll()

Gents,
I have a problem (only in Safari) with the onsubmit in webforms. This topic covers the same subject: http://bytes.com/topic/javascript/answers/166542-onsubmit-safari but not as detailed as I will.
Let me illustrate the problem with examples.
The HTML:
<html>
<head>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/mootools_1_11.js"></script>

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
