Really? A five-year old book? Nothing else with all the changes
in script approaches the last few years?

It's a good book but certainly weak in areas, like CSS-related
practices.

any *good* books out there.

Tis true. And every book out there has weaknesses. That book just has
the fewest weaknesses is all.

Have no fear, Brett :) the 5th edition is announced for August 2006
(est.) as stated on o'r website.

So hopefully we can read about Javascript without to much words about
Netscape 4.x quirks. (and other prehistoric fossils like IE 3.0
compatibility :)
