I have a scenic picture for the background of a page. I would like to make a
table, with an opaque background, over top to hold content, that will still

I have Visual Basic .NET 2003, and wanted to create a form that only shows
the contents of a label.
The form can't have a title bar or border. It seriously needs to just be
the text inside the label.
Can this be done?

I'm extremely new to javascript and to programming in general.
I am trying to create an interactive table. I have already created the
table with constants, in the key of C (it is for music). what I would
like to do is to create a dropdown box that would enable the user to
select all 12 keys, then based on that choice, have the whole table
re-calculate, basically transposing all the data up or down.
how would I go about doing this.

I've been playing around with DIV tables in myspace to better learn how to rewrite my own code for my business site without having to pay someone to design it. I've tried embedding a slideshow into a div table and after I save it I noticed that the slideshow does not show up and the embed code I added is altered. Can anyone help me figure this out?

As far as I know if I change the form's opacity, every control on the
form also inherits that opacity. But in many real applications (not
application programs), we see opaque text (100% opacity) on a
traslucent background, for example text messages on TV. Or look at the
title bar text of Aero. Background is translucent but the text is
opaque.
Is it possible to use 100% opaque text on a traslucent form?

With Windows Forms application, just setting the opacity to 0.5 gave
me a 50% opaque normal styled (with the title bar, familiar three
buttons, borders and resizable) window. Did the same thing to a WPF
application, but the window didn't get translucent, instead only the
client area got gray. Then I found I have to set AllowTransparency to
true but then the window style must be set to None to set the

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
