Estimate cost of Web scalable search engine.

I hope you'll help.
I'm searhcing for Java programers
to make a search engine.

First i would be aimed to crawl one country
then if it would be profitable then crawl another
countrys.

In case study, two Java programers made first crawler in 3 months.

Please help me estimate cost of programmers
and suggest place where i could find them.

There is a Job's forum on the RHS of the screen (please read the posting guidelines specific to that forum before posting there)..

As for cost, I would have a look at industry rates in the countries where you are interested and make an offer based on this to suitable candidates (being only 3 months guaranteed, even though you hope to continue beyond that, you may like to look at graduates who hope to get experience (and who probably attract lower salary because of their inexperience)
