Benchmark value for Java coding productivity

5 New Member
Hi,
Is there any benchmark value or some reasonble numbers for estimating Java code productivity? I can probably use this value to know how my team members are doing when compared to benchmark values. Or may be to estimate future productivity. Will the values change depending lifecycle model, say Waterfall, RUP, etc or depending on Agile or traditional developement methodology.

Thanks.
