Xml entities in Java SAX2

Hi,

We are doing a Xml merge for multiple xml files using SAX.
while parsing my xml all the entities are converted to their
appropriate characters. I do have a EntityResolver mapped to my DTD.

At the end of the output I'm not getting the entities as is. I want the
entities to be in the form of &#x...;

<?xml version='1.0'?>
<ps:source xmlns:ps="http://Local">
sample entity &#x2019;
</ps:source>

in my DTD

<!ENTITY rsquo "&#x2019;">
