Determine that a user has rejected a certificate on applet

P: n/a

I need to be able to determine at runtime that a user has rejected a
certificate on our applet.
In th econsole window it reports the following:

Skipping CAB:
due to: java.lang.Error: User rejected the CAB.
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: TestApplet
at com/ms/vm/loader/URLClassLoader.loadClass (
at com/ms/vm/loader/URLClassLoader.loadClass (
at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.securedClassLoad (
at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.processSentEvent (
at com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.processSentEvent (
at com/ms/applet/ (
at java/lang/ (
But, I am not sure as to where I can catch this error..
Would it be possible in either the applet or perhaps in javascript?

Thanks in advance,
