I tried to build it (with Python 2.3.4, j2se 1.4 on Debian
GNU/Linux) and had quite a bit of trouble. And, then, the samples
did not run.
Is there another way to call Java code from Python?
The JPE project does not seem too active lately, or is it?

How do I discover the networks detected by my Wi-Fi adapter?
I tried to use WMI. It shows information of the connected network
only.
There are some other WiFi access points available. But I am not able
to retrieve them using WMI(using c# code). The code which I tried is

I am writing a site survey application using wifi api supported by Windows Vista. I want to show current wireless connection attributes like SSID, BSSID, Signal Strength(dBm) etc.
For querying all the above values, I am using WlanQueryInterface() with wlan_intf_opcode_current_Connection opcode. This returns SSID, BSSID and Signal Quality in percentage.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
