Is JPE (the Python Java Extension) being used widely/actively? I tried to build it (with Python 2.3.4, j2se 1.4 on Debian GNU/Linux) and had quite a bit of trouble. And, then, the samples did not run. Is there another way to call Java code from Python? The JPE project does not seem too active lately, or is it?

When the computer boots windows connects to the network 99% of the time , but now and again it just doesnt connect and needs to be manually connected. I was wondering if in .net its possible to re connect to the network ? my other smaller problem is that the client code is set to run on start up, a splash screen is initially displayed to...

How do I discover the networks detected by my Wi-Fi adapter? I tried to use WMI. It shows information of the connected network only. There are some other WiFi access points available. But I am not able to retrieve them using WMI(using c# code). The code which I tried is given below. Please let me know if we can detect other access points, which is available and not currently connected with my adapter.

I have a computer whose WiFi adapter software does not install an icon on the system tray that would allow me to enable/disable the NIC's radio. Every single NIC adapter that I have used thus far has come with this utility.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
