how to open an word or excel file using poi filesystem

hi everyone,
i need some help in opening excel and word file using poi filesystem. i have created a new word and excel file using poi. but i am struggling to open the existing file using poi. pls help me

Did you even try looking before posting and asking for others to write your code for you. It only took a couple of minutes of Googleing to find examples of how to use the POI-HWPF and PO-HSSF API's to create files.

Struggling with what? What specifically is your problem or question?
