I'm writing a little access-application to distribuite in run-time
version.
In the test machine, that has the access run-time only, there is a
trouble with linked images (*gif or *jpg), while doesn't appear with
*bmp images:
access doesn't load the images and give this error advise:
"the file format of 'filename.gif' is not supported or the file is
too big.

Whereas loading tiffs and pngs from file into an Image WebControl work, the
images aren't shown when loaded from streams:
In a WebForm, the image's property "ImageUrl" is set to a handler, and this
handler gets the image from a database.
Please check the various image formats. (The images are stored in a SQL
database as Image type.)

Can any one tell me how can I create overlapping images using ASP.NET. That
is, One rectangle drawn as a background image and then another image is
placed over it. If the upper image gets transparent, the background image

Dear All,
I know that I am asking a lot about images lately, but it is just that
new issues keep arising. My issue now has to do with transparent images.
When I display transparent images, sometimes either the previous image
displayed is now in the transparent area or sometimes even the buffer that
is on the screen. I tried to refresh the control but still no luck. Any
suggestions? Thank you in advance!

We are having an odd problem saving images. We capture customer signatures
on a Palm Pilot and save them as points on a graph. We are able to
reconstruct these points to display the signature, but when we attempt to
save the file off so that we can pass it back to our customers we get an odd
result. If we try to view the file using Windows Picture and Fax viewer,

I have an image issue that I do not understand. When I try to save a bitmap
created from a picturebox image, I can save without exception so long as the
bitmap was retrieved from a file and loaded into the picturebox. But if I
load the image from the database into the picturebox and try to save
(without change), I then get a null exception telling me that the encoder
parameter is null. I'm speculating that the file provides the encoder...

Me memory game freezes after I click some cards. I seems to be random as to the number of clicks needed before it freezes.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
