JSP/XSL help !!!

I have a JSP showing data retreived from a database.
This JSP is styled based on an XSL.
The database returns data like student name, course, student remarks.

I intend to add a checkbox which when checked would show student remarks and when unchecked would hide them.

To do this I have made changes to the stylesheet.

This is how the stylesheet is

Since I intend to hide/unhide only STUDENT_REMARKS based on the state of the checkbox, I have put it within a <DIV>.
On click I am calling the showHide function which hides/unhides the data.

The problem is that everything is working fine but only for the first student record i.e. on selecting/de-selecting the checkbox only the STUDENT_REMARKS for the first student record appear/disappear.
Nothing happens to the subsequent records.

Could some one help me out on this ??
