This might be a dumb question, but I need help. Is there a way to add
and remove rows/columns dynamically at runtime from a JTable.

Not a dumb question at all. Like most Swing components, the JTable uses
a MVC (model-view-controller) philosophy. The rows and columns are
managed by the JTable's model, a class implementing TableModel. By
default, the JTable uses DefaultTableMod el. You can extend this class
or AbstractTableMo del and gain control over the number of rows, columns
or the data in the table.
E.g., if your uses adds a row, you simply change the values returned
from from TableModel implementation and fire an event to tell the JTable
something has changed.

I am working on .NET Version 2003 making an SDI application that calls MS Excel 2003.
I added a menu item called "MyApp Help" in the end of the menu bar to show Help-> About.
The application calls MS Excel, so the scenario is that I am supposed to see the Excel Menu bar,
FILE EDIT VIEW INSERT ... HELP.
I am able to see the menu bar, but in case of Help, I see the Help of Excel and help of my application, both as a submenu of help.
