Urgent! IIS 6.0 (Windows Server 2003) Security Issue!

Hi

I have a vc++ dll and its stored in Windows directory. I am using OS Windows 2003 server. And i am using ASP Legacy application migrated from NT to Windows 2003 server. Now there is no problem with accessing the application. But the only issue that i am facing is, i am not able to access that vc++ dll which i stored in Windows directory. Its going up to there to that dll but inside its returning me the error code 5: Access Denied. This occurs when i am trying to add user from one group to another group or delete the user vice versa and the function that i am using NetLocalGroupAddMembers() etc. When i tried to run through VB application i am able to add the user to another group and also able to delete the user from that group. But the same code when i am trying to access from asp by dll i am just not able to since i am getting the error as Access Denied. I have given all kind of permissions still i am not able to . Is there any proper solution for this error code 5 access denied??..Do i need to change the settings in IIS Or security configuration or policies or any other stuff. I tried for almost 25 days still i am not able to solve this problem. Please help me out. Many thanks in advance for your help....

Extension for asp has been provided and there are no extension required for this DLL. As i am calling this DLL in ASP Page. And this DLL is used to add user or delete user from one local group to another local group. Now since there is some security which causing the problem due to which neither the user is deleted from a group nor added to another group. Please help me out to solve this problem. Thanks

There is no problem with registration. I am into Windows server 2003 and i am using COM+. There is one X component which makes use of vc++ Dll and that has been saved in Windows directory. Now the problem is when X Component calls that VC++ DLL that time it is able to get into DLL and when start performing the functionality of adding user from windows group to another group which is present in that VC++ Dll that time it is not able to add and throws the message Error Code:5 "Access Denied". I am not sure where i need to configure IIS Security settings or Windows settings so that i can avoid this "Access Denied" and able to add up the user from one group to another group or delete the user functionality. Try to set Identity for the Application Pool to Local System, see if it works.
