Table help in MSIE. Can't remove space.

I'm having trouble formatting a table properly in MSIE. What I have
works in Mozilla and just won't work in MSIE.

This is the code:

Here is an image of what's happening:

As you can see from the image above, there is a bit of white space on
the right side of the image. The blue curve should be flush against the
blue side. (The image in question is 29 pixels wide.)

I've tried everything, but MSIE keeps putting that white space there.

Any suggestions?
