How to save a filled out form page on the server

Hello. I was googling all day today trying to figure out how i can make people who visit my site fill up a page with forms and radio-buttons etc, and upon clicking save, having that filled out page being saved under a certain directory on my server which I can review later. Is this possible? Would I need to head to php and all the stuff with tables on the server? Thanks in advance..

You would need server side scripting for something like that. You would also need some kind of database (MySQL) to store entered data on your server.
