Form page Back button issue.....

Hi friends,

I have four form pages in my application and all the pages contain different fields for entering values in that. In my first page I have one Continue button and on submitting it redirects to second page. In the second page I have two buttons namely Back and Continue. After entering values in the second form page if I click the Back button then I am able to get into the first page with all the values which I have entered previously on that page. If I click that Continue button in the first page, all the data which I have entered in the second page previously vanished. That means, on clicking continue button, I am getting fresh second page, not with the values I entered.

Is it possible to maintain the data in the second page ?

Can anyone please clear my doubt ?

Thanks in advance,
Rajan

Welcome to TSDN!

Since you haven't saved the data, the data will be lost because you're submitting the data on the first page on pressing Continue. If you make Continue into a JavaScript function which just moves forward one page, ten you wouldn't have this problem, but that means the data won't be submitted.

Can you show the code that you're using?
