Paragraph lower down in Opera, Chrome, etc. but is higher up in IE.

Now, I know I'm going to be grilled for saying this, but the text is actually displaying how I want it to in IE. The paragraph has no margins/paddings and displays in the very corner of the div, which is where I want it.

Take a look here.

I've taken all margins and paddings away from surrounding divs and elements. I can't understand why it still seems to have a padding/margin.

CSS here.

Cheers.

Box model issue CSS2.1 specs: collapsing margins

Correction:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. div#header {padding-top:1px;}
  2.
Internet Explorer gets it wrong.
