I'm working on a web application that makes heavy use of CSS, but I
would like users to have a degree of control over some of the classes
and attributes. To accomplish this, I want to store my CSS classes in a
SQL database.
The only problem is, I'm having a heck of a time trying to design the
database tables in a normalized way. I have...

Hi All,
I have two buttons on my web page that need to print the content with
or without images.
I want to use CSS to determine what is and isnt printed:
How can I change which print.css is loaded depending on which button is
clicked? Or how can I add a new line into my existing CSS: img
{display:none;}

I have a multiple choice quiz where I would like to use CSS to change the
color of the answers upon clicking them. I would like to present the right
and wrong answers up front, rather than direct the user to a separate page
with all correct answers.
Do the answers have to be "links" for this to work? They have to be inactive
links, because...

var CSSStyle = "rect {fill: lightgrey;}
circle {fill: red;}
polyline {fill: none; stroke: red; stroke-width: 0.3;}
text {font-size: 2.5px;}

Hi,
I have the CSS class below, and the image (pro.gif) is not showing on
my page.
It is showing ONLY where's some text in the div, but all I need is the
image itself.
..pro {background-image: url(/Backpage/Images/pro.gif); display: inline;
}
Am I doing something wrong?

Everything works fine I just need to change it so that the submenuheader class allows it to be a clickable link. I know very little about HTML and CSS but I've been able to decipher most of what I've needed to know based on trial and error. I had a friend coding me a website long ago and he abandoned the project but gave me what he had finished. I modified it to fit my needs, but now I'm at a stop. I have these sliding gallery tabs that I need to be able to...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in...
