Netscape and Privacy Policy

Hello,
Netscape 7.x (and possibly previous version) has an option for cookie
handling based on the content of the privacy policy. How does one alert
Netscape to the presence and contents of the Privacy Policy?

I assume its talking about: http://www.w3.org/P3P/

Read the specs (W3C site for starters, although I think it's an RFC) on
"P3P". The format for the policy document is described, as are the
quite constrained rules for where to put it and how to refer to it.
