Prevent text from expanding on page resize ?

Hi,

I am re-designing our comanies website, and would like to know how to
place a paragraph of text in say a table cell for example. Then, if you
re-size the window to make it smaller, the shape of the text layout
does not shrink or expand, it just stays fixed.

The effect can be seen on http://www.adder.com.
If you minimize the page, the text stays put !

Appreciate your help on this one.
