I'm looking at the various free and paid website traffic tracking options
available. None seem to do quiet what I want and the rest are too expensive.
I'm already using asp with an sql database on my site so I'm thinking how
hard could it be to program my own traffic tracking? Anyone have any ideas
or better yet code! for such a thing? Thanks.

I would like to check if I understand the following excerpt correctly:
6.2.5#26 (Types):
All pointers to structure types shall have the same representation and
alignment requirements as each other. All pointers to union types shall
have the same representation and alignment requirements as each other.
Does it mean that *all* structure (or union) types have the same
alignment?
Eg. type

I'm having an odd problem with a datagrid in a c# program. The program
maintains a schedule of jobs that need to be run. As jobs run, the status
and next run date/time info are updated in a SQL database. On the initial
load, the datagrid fields are defined. The 1st time the dataset is reloaded,
an error is returned stating that the 1st field in the list is not found. On
all subsequent reloads, everything is fine. Here's the relevant...

I have designed a web site for our family run business selling aloe
vera products. It has been up for roughly a week and has had very
little traffic. (30-40 hits). I have used the hosting company, 123-reg,
to submit the website to 10 different search engines including google.
I have also taken advise about meta tags in the pages (not sure whether
they are right). I registered with google adwords but have only got one
hit from that.
Any...

I'm having a problem with an inherited label, applying text rotation to
aligned text.
If text rotation is applied to the aligned text, the alignment goes 'nuts'.
I can find no logic to what is happening.
I've built the following code from several examples on the web, if you
remove the rotation then alignment works fine:
Imports System.ComponentModel

I have a website I am trying to download a file from. This website is
strange in the fact that there is no direct link to the URL of the
file. The way the site works is as follows:
1) Enter in search criteria
2) Click on Download button to go to download page
3) Click on Download button on Download page
4) Server sends 2 bits of data to a script. The data sent does not
include the query data. I'm assuming that the data is stored...

I am Dynamically generating a proposal(report) in MS Word. By default the Paragraph Alignment is "Left". For the First 6 Paragraphs I set the Alignment to "Center", and then when attempting to switch back to "Left" aligned for remaining paragraphs, the text within the Word document remained Centered.
I'm using: VS2008 w/ .NET Framework 3.5, Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word Version 12.0.0.0, and I'm creating the document as a 97-2003 document...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
