I can't figure out what's happening here or how to fix this. On this
page http://s195679515.onlinehome.us/KSER/index.html there is a top
nav bar, and on IE (not FF), the first time you put the mouse over a
button/word, the grey image that is supposed to fill in behind it,
fills in all except a couple of pixels on the bottom. Then if you move
the mouse to different button, it's fine, filling it all in. At that
point even if you move back again to the first one, it fills in all
the way. Is there a fix for this? 2  1403

You don't say whether the problem is with IE6 or IE7, but no matter. The
layout is a mess in IE6, so a little mouseover quirk is the least of
your troubles. The design also does not adapt well to enlarged text
sizes, the left column in particular. Zoom text up in Firefox if you
don't know what this means.
Is there a fix for this?
Start over?

It's happening in IE7. If there are other problems, I will get to
those. I am specifially (and only) looking for the answer to this
issue right now. That's why I posted this. To find out what is going
on that would cause a mouseover to be different on the first time than
the second. If anyone has any information that relates to that issue,
