I could show you a picture of the correct image but that would do you as much good as your picture of that image. Without your complete code or a link it's impossible to help you.

Hi,
Please download the zip file of sliced images at the end of the msg, you will get an idea what i am trying to do, you will find corner images, repeating images etc. i just want this box to be in div no links nothing else just this box in div with 100% width and height, middle part would be for content and no matter at what resolution you see the div should fix to 100% width and 100% height and content should also no go out from the div.
let me know if you can help me in this matter i need only html and css for this box nothing else. zip file here
Thanks,
Khurram

I've been reading lots of rounded corners table tutorials lately,
because I'm a Perl guru, not an HTML guru. :-) So far all of the
examples I've seen have edges with narrow angles, which fit easily into
a single corner cell. Simple stuff. Piece of cake. By now I can do
them in my sleep while juggling hippopotamuses and hanging upside down.
But this one is different. In this particular case, it takes three
corner edges to hold each...

I've been looking into what method I should use to show rounded corners
(and I've found a lot). My question is why does Google seems to mostly
use the table method with an image in each corner. Granted they do use
a transparent gif so they don't need multiple colored gifs, but I
thought most developers shun the table rounded corner method.
Any thoughts why? Is it easier to maintain or have a higher browser
support?
Thanks.

I am looking to create the effect shown in the image
(http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/4476/effectuc6.jpg) this is taken
from www.asp.net. I was wondering if there is a specific technique to
creating this rounded corner effect (e.g. a css class or server side
ASP.Net component) or is this as simple as creating a gradient image
with rounded corners and reusing throughout the site.
Many Thanks

All,
I have a div in my page that has a set width of 1000px, height of
200px, inside this i declare two more div's, both relatively
positioned and floated left, the first is placed to the top left of
the box and is a 30px square, the other one is set to 970px and is
naturally positioned next to the square and so fills all the way to
the right hand edge of the box.
Now i need the second (wider) box to overlap the square and so start

Searching the web, there seems to be a myriad of ways to achieve
rounded corners on a fixed-width div. I'm looking for suggestions on
the simplest, most straight-forward method of achieving this.
Thanks.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
