Hi all,
I've written this little piece of code, which doesn't seem to work in
Mozilla 1.5. I haven't tried it on other Gecko browsers, but I've found
some indication that Netscape 6+ has the same problem. Internet Explorer 6
and Opera 7 have no problems with it.

I have a very basic table with a fixed height of 40 pixels that contains an
image of 40 pixels height. Works on mozilla, forebird, konkeror, safari. The
problem is that on IE6 PC, WinXP SR1, the cell is too high (around 2 or 3 pixels,
as seen with the color background used to check the size) and is not set to the
40 pixels height.

border color for a mouse hover effect over the image. With Mozilla, I can
simply specify img:hover {...}, but IE allows hover only for <a>. So now I'm

I'm using my browser (Mozilla/5.0 Linux i686 Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7)
to do some client-side image processing. I want to capture the sequence of
coordinates a user clicks on in xxx.jpg in the following html
<a href="#"><IMG SRC="xxx.jpg" ISMAP></a>
and save these to a file for later handling. The coordinates appear on
the bottom left of the window as I move the mouse, so I know they're
being passed around somehow, but I haven't...

Hello,
Mozilla (suite and Firefox) ignore the height and width attributes of
<img> when the image itself is unavailable (404); only enough space is
allocated for the alt text.
Is this expected behavior for Standards mode?

Okay, I am playing with submitting forms with Ajax. I am trying to adapt

Is it possible to find the size of the MDIClient area, excluding the space
already used by docked controls?
I have thought I could perhaps create a new control, set it's Dock property
to Fill and see how big that is, but there must be a better way. I would
have to do this in the Resize event

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
