What type of degree

I am a senior in high school and I want to go in to programming mainly vb and maybe some html and I was wanting to know what type of degree to get? I just stared learning bv and I know html already and what type of job will this lead to

If you look at some of the major job websites do a search on what languages you think you would like to do. All job listings will include what requirements that they would like met, including what degree/background they expect. That would be a good place to start. The another thing you could do is if you already know where you are going to school then speak with an advisor and they should be able to point you towards the right direction or at the very least towards more resources.
