Basic Math Question

Can someone help me with this? If I have seven objects (7), what is the formula to determine how many combinations I can make using these. Help!

It depends on what you mean. Do you mean:

How many different ways can you order object1, object2, ..., object7? (Permutation)
How many distinct sets of 3 can you get from object1, object2, ..., object7? (Combination)
Something else?
