connection with ms-excel dynamically

hi,
I am Shiv

the problem is here below:

I want that when a user click on "select table" button a brows dialog box should appear where we can select the excel sheet to which the connection is to be generated. (this is same as how we run a program selecting from "start->run->brows and then ok" from the start menu to run a program, the same procedure i want to use to set the database path from where the data is to be fetched)

if possible please send me some codings also.
