Does anyone know of any fuzzy logic work done in Python?
The only thing I have found is logic.py, which has gone missing from
the Vaults of Parnassus and the original site,
http://www.ourobourus.com/logic.py.

I was wondering if anyone had tried implementing fuzzy logic set
concepts in C++, because in FL, the concept of "type" or "class"
is fuzzy; things belong (or are of) a given type only by degree.
e.g., in a hypothetical fuzzy C++ language one could say:
class pickle : public vegetable 0.2
{
// pickle is not so much a vegetable as, say, onion is.
};

Hi!
Our database, an inventory/order system in ms access 2000, is working
just fine.
However, the other day, one of our employees suggested that it should
be possible to do some advanced work on the tblCustomer.
What he suggested was: Could there be possible to choose a customer, on
creating a new order from frmOrder, and automatically have an orderline

Here's the issue:
I have roughly 20 MS excel spreadsheets, each row contains a record.
These records were hand entered by people in call centers.
The problem is, there can and are duplicate phone numbers, and emails
and addresses even person names. I need to sift through all this data
(roughly 300,000+ records and use fuzzy logic to break it down, so that
i have only unique records.

I am opening a file which looks like 0xABCDEF01 on another machine but
0x01EFCDAB on my machine.
Is this a byte swapping?
Could anyone give a good way to check if bytes are being swapped? (code
should work smoothly across different machine.)
Thanks,
Ann

Hi,
We have a table of users with about 10000 rows. We have to import a
large text file into this table. While doing so we would like to
ensure that if a row already exists, it should not be imported. Rather
that True/false logic, we need to apply Fuzzy logic here so that if we
find similarities in the name, address, ad a few other columns, we
treat the row as a duplicate.
Such possibly duplicate rows should be identified and logged...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
