Date Generator

2 New Member
I am looking for a date generator that will use DATE DIED & Age to generate the BIRTH DATE.
Ex:- If someone Died on 08/20/1906 & their Age was 27 years, 10 months & 14 days, what was the month/day/year of their birth ?
Thankx for any help.

Have you tried posting this in one of the language/product-specific forums?

It sounds like quite a simple algorithm/formula, but how to implement it will depend heavily on the circumstances. For instance, in VB or VBA you'd probably use something like the DateAdd() function.

This is the only posting that I have made.

I've been looking at the available datetime functions and I'm still clueless as to how they can help me achieve my goals. what I need to do id check is: 1- convert the input string into date first. At this point I couldn't find any srtTOdate type of functions. then I tried doing it the hard

A little annoyed one day that I couldn't use the statefulness of generators as "resumable functions", I came across Hettinger's PEP 288 (http://www.python.org/peps/pep-0288.html, still listed as open, even though it's at least a year old and Guido doesn't seem very hot on the idea). I'm not too sure of its ideas on raising exceptions in generators from outside (although it looks like it might be convenient in some cases), but being able...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
