I have things setup so far that users are able to subscribe via the web page
that the program creates for users to subscribe that's ok, but what I want
is to be able for users to subscribe via an e-mail statement in my web page
can this even be done using the
href=mailto:Survivalbillnewsletter@survivalbill.com?subject=subscribe
I have tried but can not get it to subscribe users to the list
I have left out the " and < > statements ...

I am working on a applications which needs a publish/subscribe model to
handle events. There can be various components involved and some maybe out of
process.
Ideally I would like to have Windows Service where these different
components can publish there status to and a GUI app that can subscribe to
these statuses and be notified.
What is the best way to go about implementing this ?

Hello...
I wrote a simple subscribe script that when a user completes the
subscription form he gets added in the database and then he receives an
e-mail where he/she clicks on the follow link :

and gets added in the newsletter subscribers.

I am unable to get on many of the postgresql mailing lists.
I usually get this message back with no attachment and no email comes
afterwards with a confirmation.
I've tried this over and over on multiple lists.
After a while I was able to get on pgsql-admin...but it took a few tries.
It's been a couple days now, so I'm assuming majordomo has had time to
process my request.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
