I would like to build a website using a template. I got one from internet
but after I open it my new Internet Explorer gives me a warning : 'To help
protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from
showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for
options....'
And there are options : Allow Blocked Content. What's the risk ?

I have an application that allows users to view images and hear sound files.
The images and soundclips are stores in a SQL database in image fields.
Originally, I transferred the data from an Access database using the Upsize
wizard. I have been able to retrieve the data from the SQL database using
memorystreams. To do so, I have been using offests to bypass a header that is
present: for the images, I use offest 78 and for the sounds, it's...

I'm reposting this. I'm kinda in a bind untill i get this figured out, so if
anyone has some input it would sure help me out.
Ok, I’ve noticed a few gridview problems floating around the forum. Everyone
wants to do a java confirmation box when a user clicks the delete button.
Fair enough, basic user design rules state that you should always confirm a
delete action. There is also a consensus that the best way to do this is a
template...

I am seeking to hand-roll my own blog in ASP.NET 2.0 and SQLExpress
2005. Why? Because I can. Because I will gain experience.
The one thing that has me stumped at square one is inline images. That
is, images inline with the actual content of the blog itself. Is there
an example that I can be pointed to, where I can examine some code and
figure out how to do this? Frankly I haven't got a clue, aside from
breaking the content up into...

I am creating a database that will have a large number of images in it and I
would like some input as to the best way to handle them.
Each record in my database will have a one-to-many relationship with a
Pictures table, i.e. there will be several pictures for each record in my
main table.
There are several things that I would like to be able to do with this setup,
and this is what I am thinking:

Please have a look at the image at the URL given below:
http://rn5a.brinkster.net/Template.gif
I would like to use that image as a template for all the ASP pages in
a website. Note that though it looks like a frames page, it's actually
not a frames page. Using different images has made it look like a
frames page.
The "Your Site Name" header, the 5 links "Home", "About", "Forums",

Hello,
The code below works but can anyone suggest a better way of doing the
following?
The idea is that there are 3 images which when clicked each play a
different sound and change to a different image.
I want to have the user hear the sounds in sequence and also not to
play the next sound until the previous sound has finished.

I created an extra copy of it called Natvrdo, since I modified the logo.
Okay, I have this in my HTML (Natvrdo being the CSS style sheet)
This is what I have in my index.html:

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
