actionscript noobie

can anyone give me a quick tutorial on learning flash cs3 and its corresponding actionscript?im a noob in this language and need some help..thank you po!!

There are some nice video tutorials covering flash and Javascript at http://codervods.com that might help you. They are a good starting point for beginners.
