Don't know if this is the right place to post this JavaScript issue.
If not, could someone point me in the right direction please.
I am trying to make a "cross browser compliant" floating iFrame.
Not real fancy, just load, resize and move.
But, I do not have the browsers, OSs and different machines (like Mac) to
test the code on.
So I need some help to see where this basic example of works and does not
work.

I am using an iframe in my index.aspx thus all the webforms in application navigate in this iframe. While main appication links are present on the top of page above iframe, in main window. These links have target=myiFrame, thus opening respective pages in iFrame.
I have put the session timeout period on each page so if some user remains inactive for 10 minutes (all webforms in iframe), he will be redirected to login.aspx page through...

Hi,
I have an iframe with a site from a different domain. The iframe src contains links that I would like to open in a new window when clicked. Unfortunately, I can't get the target.href of the links. I think this should be possible since right-clicking the link and selecting open in a new window works. How can I make a regular left-click mimic the behavior of a right click->open in new window?
I can intercept the click using the...

Hi
I have a flash interactive window which has html links and this
appears on an html page. This window can be moved with the mouse on
the html page. The html page has an iFrame too. When the flash window
comes above the iframe area the html links stop working. Yet the links
remain active when the flash window is outside the iFrame area. This
problem is coming in Firefox, but running fine in IE.
If anybody has any solution, please...

It is recommended by some sources I found to create IFrames in IE
using
document.createElement('<iframe src="#">')
instead of document.createElement('iframe').
Why and what browser versions to use it? IE5 or IE6?
Thanks

Inserting a Flash (SWF, FLV) file into HTML web page is already an old and familiar thing to all of us. It is a rather non-flexible thing that just to edit some options in the template. However, I did not understand some parameters totally in the HTML tag. These days when I was surfing the Internet I have found some comprehensive introduction to these two tags. I read it and conclude it with my own words; I think it will be useful to us, so I...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
