Do you support creating traditional image based charts for websites or a Flash Chart is better? If Flash is better, how to create Charts and Graphs using Flash?

Are you asking if image based (.jpg .gif .png) charts are better then flash (.swf) charts?

if you create Charts in Flash they will load faster and look nicer, because they are vector base. To tell you have to create them would be hard to explain. Use the drawing tools to create your Charts and Graphs.
I would use one layer per chart or graphs and use a buttons to get to the next one.

Are you looking for a chart, thats just a chart and never changes? or are you looking for one of those charts using flash and xml to produce dynamic data?
it kind of depends on the purpose of your chart. if its just going to contain static data that changes once a year, just use an image and update it a little. if its going to be dynamic and change daily or with each individual user, there might be other options out there but flash is a decent way to go. if you want the user to be able to interact with the chart in any way, either use flash(in which case you will need to know actionscript pretty well), or use some pre-packaged software that you will probably have to pay for

and thanks to all for your inputs. i was looking for flash charts to load data dynamically from database. i have tried FusionCharts Free at http://www.fusioncharts.com/Free/ and it worked very well. any other suggestions?

in reports will display showing the design data instead of the actual
query data the first time they are opened. If the report is closed and
