Flash computational power?

5 New Member
Can anyone tell me is there a limit to the number of objects and animating elements that one can have in a flash application? Is it based on the software and or computational power of the computer?

I don't know if there is a limit per-se, however, you should know that Flash is one of the least efficient methods for dynamic animations.

I have written an Access application that our employees use on a daily basis to enter information. It's comprises of a series of forms, a few data integrity check queries that run in the background and a few reports. Quite often I lament at the limitations of using forms, in particular how to make something that looks "stylish". This frustration may of course be caused by my own lack of skill/understanding on the subject, but for a...

Until today I've developed my application with ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL Server 2005. I need to incorporate a lot of maps with drill down functionality (from a city, to a street, to a building) and I wonder if this should be done in ASP.NET or in Flash? I've had a meeting today with some Flash developers and they happened to think it should be done in Flash or something called Adobe Air. According to them a lot of the future application...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
