Pass Flash Combobox data to populate an XML doc

1 New Member
Hello,

I need some help with figuring out how to pass text data stored in a flash combobox to an XML document.

I'm not too familiar with XML but am a quick learner, can anyone point me in the right direction? I can even pay someone if they're available to help me deploy the component.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks

I fill a table in a dataset with values that will be used by a combobox for the combobox's items. The combobox is a drop down list that only allows the user to select from the list but not enter any new values. What I need to do is include a blank row in the list so that when it is selected, the SelectedValue property returns a Null. I don't want to add a record in the database with some field set to null because this would have to be...

Hi. New member here Im sat at work, pounding my head off the desk because this tiny bit of simple code refuses to work. The sub is intended to pull data from the "companyname" column in the "cmSelectAllCompanyNames" table, and put all the company names it finds into the "cbFilterCompanyName" combo box. Now the confusing aspect is this: It works!!!

Greetings, I have to load 30,000 unique names into a combox. Filling a dataTable takes only a few milliseconds. But populating the combobox and displaying the list takes several seconds - way too long. A user selects a name from the combobox and runs a query. Originally, this combox was on a form in an MS Access ADP which was linked directly to our sql server. The combobox populated withins millisecnods. How can I achieve this...
