I'm trying to install V7.2 on a laptop running SUSE 10.1 and it
(naturally) is causing some problems. Since the release notes for 7.2
specify a 2.14.xx kernel (current at the time this copy was released)
does anyone know if the now-current kernels are accepatable? I can
work around the install issues for the most part but I'd appreciate it
if some one could tell me if I was wasting my time.
There is a reason for V7.2, BTW. I actually only need the client so
that I can access an OS/2 server and that's where DB2 departed from
OS/2, so using the available V9 clients is not an option as I read the
docs.
