FP10 upgrade issues - AIX (v5 32 bit) DPF data warehouse environment

Hi All;
We recently upgraded to FP10 (from FP6) in our data warehouse
environment. Have had a couple of issues with Oracle federation and
minor configuration changes and all has been stable. Queries and day
shift work seems to be running fine, but our nightly and weekly batch
schedules which consist of SQL statments wrapped with Korn scripts have
seen their run time increase by 65%. This SQL is a mix of insert and
load from cursor. Some is VERY complex as this is how we do all of our
extract/transform/load processing. At first we thought there might be
some optimizer hot spots i.e a few large SQLs that ran OK in FP6 might
be using new and poor access paths.

In doing some analysis, we have discovered that the slowdown is across
the board. Almost all of our 750+ scripts are running substantially
slower. Has anyone had similar experience? Are there any suggestions on
where to focus our attention? We are thinking that we have some major
environmental issue somewhere and this is somewhat unexpected. Any help
GREATLY appreciated. We're working with IBM, but not making alot of
headway so far.
