I use the db2connect of Aix 5.2 to communicate with AS/400 and I have the
error message

common_communication sqlcctcpconnr Probe:110

DIA3202C The TCP/IP call "connect" returned an errno="75"

I have very little familiarity with DB2 on AS/400 but have you tried looking
up DIA3202C in the Message Reference manual? I would imagine that it
explains what error number 75 means or tells you where the meaning of error
number 75 can be found.
