DSN1COPY error - SP MAP PAGE ERROR

1 New Member
Hi,

My database has only one table which is segmented and has wround 20 M rows. This tablespace has 2 VSAM datasets A001 and A002 at the source and also in the target.

I am using the image copy to refresh target environment using DSN1COPY.

The below error says of OBID 16 which is not the right identifier for the tablespace from the catalog or from DSN1PRNT.

So I am sure that sysxlat input is 100% right.
As I want the same data of the table at the time IC was taken, I need to know how to solve this problem.

The details are below.

//S000270 EXEC PGM=DSN1COPY,CO ND=(0,NE),TIME= 30,REGION=0M,

// PARM='RESET,FUL LCOPY,OBIDXLAT, PAGESIZE(32K)'

//STEPLIB DD DSN=SYS3.DB2.DB G5.LOAD.AUTH,DI SP=SHR

//SYSUT1 DD DSN=SCHELLA.OPT DBG5.DODA0957.H 0957000.D,

// DISP=OLD,DCB=BU FNO=20

//SYSUT2 DD DISP=OLD,AMP=(' AMORG,BUFND=41' ),

// DSN=DBG5ODB.DSN DBC.DODB0957.H0 957000.I0001.A0 01

//SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=*

//SYSXLAT DD *

Error :

I have recovered a 100 partition tablespace using DSN1COPY. When I go to rebuild the indexes I receive the following error: -DSNU017I DSNUGBAC - UTILITY DATA BASE SERVICES MEMORY EXECUTION ABENDED, REASON=X'00C9021C'. I have read the manual about this error but am not sure how to resolve it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have been asked to copy a handfull of table spaces in to new identical table spaces so that they can be accessed with out running into the nightly batch update. I first did a FULLCOPY with SHARELEVEL REFERENCE of the table space. Then I copied the DDL used to create the original object and changed the table space name, table name, index names and made sure that the priqty/secqty were adequate to hold the data. I then created the objects...

the customError feature is not working. I have it setup as the help says in my web.config file. <customErrors defaultRedirect="DsAppError.aspx" mode="RemoteOnly"/> I tried in a couple different parts of my site to throw a dummy exception and I always get to the page that says change my web.config to the statement above.

Hi, I am looking at the MS KB Article 306355: HOW TO: Create Custom Error Reporting Pages in ASP.NET by Using Visual C# .NET This article describes how to redirect errors to a custom html error page. All six steps in the article work just fine. Then at the end of the article, there is a little comment about redirecting errors to an aspx page (instead of an html page):

I have an application where users need to upload images and in my web.config file I have a setting like this: <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="512" /> Which restricts image larger than 500k from being uploaded. I'm also using the HtmlInputFile control to do the uploading. My problem is that when the user's file size exceeds 512k, the page immediately redirects to the "The page cannot be displayed" error page which is very confusing. ...

Hi, there is a 500;13 page one can configure in the website properties, but ..Net Framework 1.1 also delivers the "server too busy" message sometimes and the IIS custom error page does not seem to catch that. How would I customize the error page then? Regards DC

Hello all, I have a question about loading DB2. I ran a DSN1COPY against a imagecopy of 1 tablespace and the output to a flat file instead of the original DB2 VSAM dataset. Can I use this flat file to load a DB2 table that was dropped and recreated? In this shop, not everyone has authority to work directly with the underlying DB2 VSAM datasets for security reasons. How can one find out from a imagecopy the OBID of the table in that

I didn't get any hits when I searched deja for DSN1COPY dynamic allocation so either everyone else had no trouble realizing that this happens or nobody else has ever come across it. I've used DSN1COPY for years for moving data between z/OS subsystems for testing, and for refreshing tables from Image Copies for regression testing. Developers seem to find it less confusing to use the same JCL to move data between 1 of 14 test...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
